Sleep & Relaxation Library

Long, gentle listening for the end of the day: guided wind-downs, slow sleep stories, relaxation practice you can learn, and plain rain. Every session is made to stay pleasant if you fall asleep while it plays: one steady voice, no music, no sudden sounds, and a long quiet tail that fades on its own.

How to use this library

  • Pick by mood, not by title: instructions when you want guidance, a story when you want company, rain when you want nothing.
  • Set the volume low so the voice is comfortable and the rain is barely there, then put the phone face down.
  • Let it run. Each page says where the talking ends, so you can set a sleep timer or let the sound fade on its own.
  • This is relaxation, not treatment. Sleep trouble on most nights for months, loud snoring with pauses, or low mood belong with a doctor. Our guide to chronic insomnia and CBT-I explains what to ask for.

Please

Never listen while driving or operating anything that needs your attention. These sessions are for adults and older teenagers; they are not a substitute for prescribed treatment, and they do not diagnose or treat any condition.
